About Us
The Center for Procedural Innovation is a premier resource for hands-on education within Experiential Learning at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, supporting healthcare professionals, educators, and researchers in advancing procedural skills and technologies. As part of a collection of specialized learning environments—including the Multidisciplinary Simulation Center, Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE) Suites, and Gross Anatomy Lab—we provide high-quality training that directly enhances patient care.
Rooted in Mayo Clinic’s mission, vision, and values, we ensure that the needs of the patient come first by driving advancements in procedural education that improve safety, efficiency, and outcomes. Experiential Learning has an enterprise-wide reach across Mayo Clinic’s campuses in Rochester, Minnesota; Jacksonville, Florida; and Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, fostering collaboration and innovation to elevate excellence in healthcare across Mayo’s three shields: education, research, and clinical practice.
We are proud to be accredited by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), demonstrating our commitment to excellence in simulation-based education and training.
