Daniel Cabrera, M.D., Medical Director

Dr. Cabrera is the Medical Director, Advanced Digital Education as well as former Associate Dean for Continuous Professional Development and an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Cabrera is very active in the field of Artificial Intelligence development and productization, leading the creation and implementation of multiple AI and machine learning clinical tools and other advance technologies such as distributed networks and blockchain. His focus is on the adoption of fusion skills.

Elissa Hall, Ed.D., Director

Dr. Hall is a leader in advancing AI, emerging technologies, and digital innovation in medical education. Nationally, she supports medical education AI initiatives in collaboration with the AAMC and AMA, and internationally, she serves as Co-Course Director for Transforming Your Teaching Using Technology at the Harvard Macy Institute. At Mayo Clinic, Dr. Hall catalyzes collaborations across education and the enterprise to advance Fusion Skills and AI learning strategy, building the connections and structures needed to translate emerging technologies into practice at scale.

Anne Pronschinske, M.A., Administrator

As Administrator for Student and Business Services, Anne provides strategic and operational leadership for ADE, strengthening its organizational effectiveness and alignment with Education Shield and enterprise priorities. Drawing on deep experience in enterprise strategy, data, AI, and digital transformation, Anne helps connect people, processes, and technology to create the structures needed to translate strategy into sustainable, scalable action.

Jenna Lewan, M.H.A., Curriculum and Assessment Manager

Jenna drives coordination and execution across ADE’s portfolio of work, translating priorities into clear, actionable plans. She provides the structure, communication, and project leadership needed to maintain momentum and advance initiatives. Drawing on her experience in process improvement, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, Jenna helps teams navigate complexity and turn ideas into meaningful outcomes.

Emily Elsner Twesme, D.B.A., M.B.A., M.A., Operations Specialist

Dr. Elsner Twesme advances ADE’s strategy at the intersection of education, workforce development, and digital innovation. Drawing on her experience in education operations and digital learning, she strengthens how ADE captures, connects, and communicates data across its portfolio of work. Her focus on data governance, sustainable data practices and shared insights helps inform strategy, demonstrate impact, and support decision-making across Education.

Kat Graham, B.S., Education Administration Coordinator

Working across multiple teams within Education, Kat brings both operational expertise and a valuable cross-functional perspective to ADE. She helps keep the team organized and connected while bringing thoughtful questions and fresh perspectives that strengthen how the team approaches its work.
