Build Inline Media

Page Content

Inline Media

Inline Media is used to add an image at the top of pages other than the Overview page, as well as, on rare occasions, throughout a page if you're looking to break up long walls of text.

How to use

Note: Prior to adding or updating an inline media content type, you will should upload the image to the Media Library. The inline media content type uses CDN PXL so you do not need to resize the image prior to uploading it to the T4 Media Library.

Add a Inline Media content type

  1. Open the Content tab of the page you are working on.
  2. Click Add content.
  3. Click Inline Media.
  4. Add a name for the content type (typically "Image" or "[photo descriptor] image" (ie "Operating room photo").
  5. If using the Inline Media at the top of a page, you'll add the title of the page into the "Heading 2" text box. If you're using the photo further down on a page, leave the heading text boxes blank.
  6. Click Select media.
  7. Navigate to the program folder that is housing your photo in the T4 Media Library.
  8. Click on the photo you'd like to use.
  9. Click the Save Changes button to save content as a draft. Preview your updates and ensure the content displays appropriately. If everything displays correctly in the preview, approve the updates to be published.
